Zesty Home Made Apple Sauce

4-6 cups Apples (chopped)
1-2 cups Water
1-3 tsp Cinnamon
1-3 tsp Nutmeg

This is so easy to prepare and yet never gets old. Makes a good side-dish or appetizer.
